Nested Active Directory Groups

It's possible to nest Active Directory groups, however Read and Understood currently only supports the User Members of an AD group. For example, if you have added a Read and Understood notification for a Domain group called HR Team, then any users defined within that group will be resolved and emailed. If another group is defined that AD group it will be ignored and the members not emailed.
